If there’s no functions, no meetup, no networking, I will spend my weekend at Ron’s place in Songjiang (somewhere near Thames Town – an English Village) to stay away from my stress and hectic job. Songjiang, popular with its natural beauty and sprawling landscape, is a very quiet and relaxing place. There’s no highrise, less people and no traffic jam. It’s like having a holiday in a resort.

On Monday morning, I will take Ron’s company shutter to Lianhua metrostation at 7:50am. When I reach Lianhua, it’s around 8:40am, took subway to XuJiaHui station, getting a cab, by the time I reach office, it’s 9:20am! Seems a long journey huh!
I hate going to the metro on Monday’s morning. Why? I hate playing rugby with the mainland Chinese! You will need to be very strong and squeeze like mad when the subway’s door opens. Face to face, back to back, chest to back… It pissed me off when their armpit stink, or their cloths smell musty! ARRRgggggg!!!

My name is Bibi Liew and I'm a third-generation oversea Chinese. I'm born on the 3rd of November and that makes me a typical Scorpio. I stayed in several countries and ended up in Shanghai for reasons that are still not entirely clear to myself... I came to China and work as an Expatriate in 2004. I am an Interior Architect and design Hotels and Club Houses in many Cities in China. Ron and I will relocate to Nanchang in March 2010 and I'll be a WAHM!
